  • Your order will be sent with a contracted cargo company. Shipping Fee is calculated at agreed prices according to the dimensions of the products you purchased on the payment page and included in the total amount.
  • Your order will be sent to your registered delivery address by cargo within 2 business days . Please check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • Delivery address changes cannot be made after your order has been shipped.

  • When receiving your order, please check it before receiving it for possible damage that may occur during transportation, reject products that are visibly damaged from the outside before receiving them , or request that a report be kept and receive them.
  • If your order cannot be delivered within 3 business days by the destination branch due to reasons such as incorrect/missing address or not being able to find the address, it will be returned to us.
  • Your orders returned by the cargo company will be canceled and the order amount will be refunded to you, excluding the shipping fee calculated during payment.

  • The mattresses you have purchased are first pressed with fully automatic machines using roll-pack technology, then rolled and packaged. Thus, our beds are delivered to you in the most economical and durable way.
  • All products you purchase from Mavi Ay Mattress are shipped in pressed and vacuum packaging, so that our products reach you quickly, economically and cleanly.
  • Where necessary, the packaging of your product includes instructions on what to do before the product is ready for use. Unless specified, you can unpack the product and start using it immediately.
