Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy
Order cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped, by contacting us via the communication channels on the site.
- If you give up after your order has been shipped, you can send it back without receiving it by informing us and the cargo company that you will not receive the cargo. Your order will be cancelled.
- For orders where you choose to pay via Bank Transfer method, if the payment is not received within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Address change
You can change your address before your order is shipped, please contact us via the communication channels on the site. Address changes cannot be made after your order has been shipped.
Return
You can return the product you want to return free of charge within 14 days from the date you receive the order.
In order for a product return to be accepted, it is sufficient if it is outside the scope of products that are not accepted for return .

Mattress Return Policy
Try your new mattress at home for 75 nights. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange it for another mattress or return it. For full terms and conditions, please visit the 75 Night Trial page.
Free Return Right
You can return the products you want to return free of charge if you send them via Aras Cargo . The steps you need to follow will be informed during the return registration.
Return Arrived at Mavi Ay Mattress Notification
When your return reaches us, you will be informed by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
Refunds
If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the channel you made the payment within 2 business days.
- Payments made via Bank Transfer are returned to your account within 3-4 business days.
- Payments you make by credit card may vary depending on payment institutions and banks, and are returned to your card within an average of 5-7 business days.
- Mavi Ay Mattress is not responsible for the costs and refunds arising from the payment instrument used by the BUYER , additional fees, deductions, installments and maturities applied by payment institutions and/or banks.
- The refunded amount only covers the product price; the Shipping Fee calculated when purchasing the product and separately stated on the invoice is not refunded.
- If the product you purchased was sent with free shipping , it will be returned without any disruption.
- When the product you have returned is examined after it reaches Mavi Ay Mattress, if it is understood that it is within the scope of products that are not accepted for return , the buyer is informed about the issue, the product is repackaged and sent back, the shipping fee being borne by the buyer .
Change
You can change the product you purchased from Mavi Ay Mattress free of charge within 14 days. There is a right of return and exchange once for each order and product. A 30% deduction will be made for the second transaction. There is no deduction for the exchange of products that are damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing defect.
Products that are not accepted for return/exchange
As Mavi Ay Bed, we have adopted a return/exchange policy that attaches great importance to customer satisfaction and that we can stretch as much as possible in favor of the customer. However, we must also state the products that we cannot accept returns/exchanges. Since the majority of our products are personal use products, we have to be meticulous about hygiene, therefore;
- used products
- washed products
- contaminated products
- Products exposed to odor and liquid contact
- Torn, broken, deformed, etc. products
- Personally produced products (products produced upon special request in different sizes, colors and patterns)
Products Accepted for Return/Exchange
You can return/exchange the following products free of charge and unconditionally within 14 days;
- The product that will be accepted for return/exchange within 14 days must only be tried on . It must not have been used.
- Products unpackaged, inspected and tested
- Products damaged/contaminated during shipping and transportation
- Products with production-related errors/deformations
- Wrongly sent products
Return/exchange is accepted.
