What processes does the 75 night trial consist of?

1- Getting used to the process

The average time it takes for a person to get used to their new bed is 30 days. Even if a person moves to a very high-end bed due to his habit of using his old bed, situations such as not being able to adapt to his new bed and feeling uncomfortable, especially in the first 10 days, are extremely normal and common.

That's why we determined the period of getting used to your bed as 30 nights.

2- Trial Process

After the familiarization process is completed, a 30-night trial period begins.

In this process, which we call the trial period, we want the person to have the opportunity to try the bed under all different conditions. For example, after a tired day, after a stressful day, after a thoughtful day, after a happy day, etc. Because each day, which is different from each other, creates different needs for rest.

As a result of research and surveys, we came to the conclusion that a 1-month (30-day) cycle is an ideal time period that will provide a real experience for the person.

You will have an accurate and realistic experience during the 30-night trial period.

3- Return Process

After the 60-night experience, the choice is yours; As Mavi Ay Mattress, we extend the 5-10 minute trial period in ordinary mattress stores to 60 days in your own home, in the environment you live in and are accustomed to, allowing you to try it without worrying and feeling the comfort. If you are not satisfied after this period, it is very easy to return it as if you were returning a product you have just purchased.

You can initiate the free return process by contacting us within 15 days.

You can try our included RIGHT FIVE, MATISTA and HYBRID 4.0 mattresses for 75 days, and if you are not satisfied, you can return them free of charge or replace them with another model.

75 Night Trial and Free Return Policy on Mattresses

General Conditions

To be able to return and exchange unconditionally and free of charge within 75 days, all you need to do is complete the 60-day familiarization and trial period. Afterwards, you have a 15-day free return right.

If you decide to return or exchange after completing the 60-day familiarization and trial period, all you need to do is transfer your request to our customer service. Then, our team will assist you and give you the necessary guidance for a free return. Depending on your preference, we transfer your refund to your account or provide the necessary exchange.

The 75-night trial period is valid for the specified beds*.
There is a right of return and exchange once for each order and product. A 30% deduction will be made for the second transaction.

For other products, the trial and free return period is 14 days, which is the legal right of withdrawal.

*75 night trial and free returns are valid for RIGHT FIVE, MATISTA and HYBRID 4.0 models.

Free Return or Exchange Conditions
  • You can unpack the products delivered to your home and use them as you wish. We do not have any prerequisites such as unopening the packaging of the products in order for you to return them.
  • In case of any damage to your product due to production or shipping, you can request a free replacement in advance without having to wait for the 60-day usage period.
  • You can unpack your mattress after receiving it; you do not need to keep the packaging in which the mattress was sent. When you decide to return your mattress, we will direct you for return packaging and shipping after you contact us.
  • We will ask you to package the product you are returning in accordance with our instructions. Any damage that may occur during transportation due to improper packaging will be compensated by the customer or the return may be refused.
  • The mattress you want to return must be in good shape and must not have any permanent stains, cuts or burns on it.

    What happens to returned beds?

    Returned mattresses are examined, disinfected and directed to those in need depending on the situation, or they are offered for sale at a discount in our Factory Sales Store, with the reason stated.

    I Want to Return My Mattress Before the First 60 Days / What are the Paid Return Conditions?

    If you want to return the product you purchased before the specified trial period of 60 days, you can return your product by applying a 20% deduction from the product price in the invoice.

    After you contact us for a return;

    • We will ask you to package the product you are returning in accordance with our instructions.
    • The mattress you want to return must be in good shape and must not have any permanent stains, cuts or burns on it.
    • The transportation of the product will be provided free of charge and a 20% deduction will be made from the product price in the invoice and transferred to your account.
    • Any damage caused by the user on the returned product or damage that may occur during transportation due to improper packaging may be compensated by the customer or the return may be rejected.

    In order to exercise your return and exchange rights, please keep the original of your invoice and send a copy back to our company during the return. Otherwise, the refund process will not be initiated.
